  1. About the Program

TrinoMoney Partners is operated by Trino Rodriguez under the TrinoMoney.com brand. These terms govern your use of our affiliate portal and promotion of eligible TrinoMoney digital products. By joining the program, you agree to these terms.

Participation is free. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate account information, and keep your login credentials private.

  1. Eligible Products and Commission Rates

Each eligible product or campaign displays its own commission rate and any special conditions. There is no single commission rate that applies to every product.

Commissions are earned on qualifying, successfully paid sales attributed to your referral through our tracking system. Unless an offer states otherwise, commissions are calculated on the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes.

Free signups and TrinoMoney account-plan upgrades do not earn commissions under this program. Products sold through WarriorPlus or another external affiliate network follow that network’s separate tracking and payment terms.

  1. Referral Tracking

Use the referral links provided for the applicable campaign. Tracking may depend on cookies, browser settings, and the campaign’s attribution rules. Tracking is not guaranteed when a customer blocks cookies, changes devices, or does not use your link.

If you believe a sale was incorrectly attributed, contact us with the relevant details. We will review available records and correct verified errors. A dashboard entry is a record of activity and does not by itself mean a commission is approved for payment.

  1. Commission Approval and Refunds

All commissions have a minimum 30-day waiting period from the date of the customer’s successful payment. This allows time for refund requests before commissions become eligible for payout. If a product has a longer refund period, that longer waiting period applies. After the waiting period, approved commissions are eligible for the next monthly payout once your approved balance reaches $25.

Commissions remain pending for at least 30 days after a successful payment, or longer when the product’s stated refund period requires it.

Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, or unpaid transactions are not eligible for commissions. Partial refunds result in a corresponding commission adjustment.

If a commission has already been paid on a transaction later refunded or reversed, the corresponding amount may be deducted from future commissions. Subscription renewals earn commissions only when the offer expressly includes them and a qualifying renewal payment succeeds.

  1. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly when your approved balance reaches at least $25. Smaller balances carry forward.

You must provide valid payment details and any tax information reasonably needed to process payment. Available payment methods and processing instructions will be provided in the portal. Any fees deducted from a payout must be disclosed in advance.

If you leave the program with an approved balance below $25, contact us to arrange a final payment after applicable holds and adjustments.

  1. Promotion Rules

Promote products honestly and use only claims you can support. Do not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed results, or effortless earnings.

Clearly disclose that you may receive a commission near your recommendation or affiliate link. For example: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Do not use spam, fake reviews, misleading testimonials, impersonation, deceptive advertising, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized access to customer information. Follow applicable advertising laws and the rules of the platforms you use.

Purchases made by you through your own referral link are not eligible for commissions.

  1. Brand and Materials

You may use approved TrinoMoney promotional materials to promote eligible offers while participating in the program. Do not claim to be an employee or official representative of TrinoMoney, or create accounts or domains that misleadingly appear to be official TrinoMoney properties.

  1. Account Review and Termination

You may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or terminate participation for violations of these terms or discontinue the program with notice.

Commissions connected to suspected violations may be held during review. Verified legitimate commissions remain payable under these terms; unrelated earnings will not be forfeited solely because an account is closed.

  1. Program Changes

We may update these terms, eligible offers, or commission rates prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the portal or your account email. Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already earned under the previous terms.

  1. Privacy and Contact

Use customer information only for authorized purposes and keep it confidential. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive customer data when reporting tracking issues.
